Multi Post |
Complements the Job Posting Manager tool. A "must-have" if you recruit for any business with
offices, branches, stores, etc., in multiple locations that have similar job openings.
For example: You recruit for a company with 100 retail stores in various cities throughout the U.S.
You are search for full-time and part-time Counter Sales personnel. With Multi-Post, you can create hundreds of
postings in less than a minute and post them to all the appropriate sites in our Network. |
Applicant Tracker |
Replaces the Talent Match tool in the Basic Subscription.
Searches our extensive candidate database every evening, and identifies candidates that meet or exceed the basic
employment criteria specified on each posting. For each posting, attaches qualified candidates to the posting, and sends
you a special notice that new candidates have been attached to your postings.
Creates a special "Worksheet" for each candidate. Using the Worksheet, you can conduct a preliminary evaluation of
the candidate, place the candidate in a special online file for viewing by the Hiring Manager, and much, much more.
Contains special tools for scheduling and recording the results of reference checks and interviews, and for
developing and tracking job offers.
Provides detailed reports on the current status of each candidates, as well as a history file that summarizes
all the activities that have occurred to date related to a specific candidate for a specific job.

Candidate Access and Candidate Slate |
Provides the ability to search our candidate database using a variety of criteria including:
Experience Categories, Educational Level, Travel Flexibility, Geographic Work Preferences, and
Key Words. Also provides the ability to attach candidates to slates associated with specific job postings
(called Candidate Slates) for later review and action. The Candidate Slate complements either the Talent Match tool
or the Applicant Tracker tool. If you select this tool, you cannot select the Hot! Candidates tool. |
Candidate Access and Hot! Candidates |
Provides the same candidate database access as the Candidate Slate features above. The difference
between the Candidate Slate and Hot! Candidates is that the Candidates you place in the
Hot! Candidates folder are not associated with any particular job. Instead, they are considered
"high potential" candidates you've found and want to keep in a special folder. You can organize your Hot!
Candidates by Experience Categories. The Candidate Slate complements either the Talent Match tool
or the Applicant Tracker tool. If you select this tool, you can not select the Candidate Slate tool. |
Search the Web Candidate Search |
In addition to searching our candidate database, you can now enter keywords and automatically search the web for resumes
using standard web search engines. Reduce the time it takes to wade through millions of resumes located the web to find potential matches. Once
you've found potential candidates you can store the resumes in your own private database as well an send out broadcast emails to the resumes you
find requesting the job seekers view your jobs and apply, if interested. This is a great tool to generate new leaders of qualified candidates for your
job openings. |
Private Candidate Database |
Combine all your candidate databases into one, fully-searchable candidate database.
Candidates responding to your job postings will be able to deposit their resumes directly into your private database.
Candidate visiting your web site will be able to deposit their resume directly into your private database.
New resumes are held in a special file until you review them, and decide whether you want to place them in your
candidate database.
You can search your private candidate database and our candidate database simultaneously! No more
hopping from database to database to run the same search over and over!

Broadcast Communications |

EEO Reporting |
